The Perkins Lake Dam modification project in Stevens County and the Pomme de Terre Lake Dam modification project in Grant County are now open for construction bids. The bid package is currently available through the Grant County Herald and on the QuestCDN website.
Once a contractor is selected, construction planning and scheduling will move forward. Both projects are expected to reach substantial completion by the end of 2025, with final hydroseeding to take place in spring or summer 2026.
