The Pomme de River Association is governed by a Joint Powers Board, which consists of one Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor and one County Commissioner from each member county. The Board is guided by the Technical Advisory Committee made up on one Soil and Water Conservation District Employee and one County employee from each member county.
Dan Musgrave has been in the position since May 2026 and oversees the day-to-day of the PDTRA and coordinates the activities of the Joint Powers Board and Technical Advisory Committee.
