The Pomme de River Association is governed by a Joint Powers Board, which consists of one Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor and one County Commissioner from each member county. The Board is guided by the Technical Advisory Committee made up on one Soil and Water Conservation District Employee and one County employee from each member county.
Sophia Maruska has been in the position since July 2024 and oversees the day-to-day of the PDTRA and coordinates the activities of the Joint Powers Board and Technical Advisory Committee.
