The Crissy Lake dam modification project is currently undergoing environmental review, with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) serving as the responsible governmental unit. The DNR is overseeing an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW)—a 20-question fact-finding document used to determine if the project requires a more comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
