Carpool will be departing at 4:00pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find a life jacket that fits and fill out a waiver. Participants bringing their own kayak should arrive 15-20 minutes early to load their kayak on the trailer to be transported to the start.
Carpool and kayaks will be dropped off at the start.
The paddle trip should take around two hours. Afterwards, participants will load up their gear and are invited to stay for a meal with fellow paddlers.
The route length is approximately 5.8 miles. Participants should bring sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, and a water bottle. We will have a limited number of boats for rental and participants are welcome to bring their own.
